Our goal is to recruit, develop, retain and advance diverse support staff and attorneys. The Lavin Firm has a proactive Diversity Committee. The committee supports and promotes diverse candidates and sponsors/represents the firm at various diversity-related events/programs. Additionally, shareholders are evaluated regarding their efforts and success in implementing diversity and inclusion goals. We are committed to community projects to support and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. One project of the Firm is to actively identify minority high school students with an interest in the legal profession. We participate in a work-study program where students have the opportunity to earn 65% of the cost of their tuition by working at the Firm.
