Eugene Hamill is a shareholder in the Philadelphia office involved in appellate cases, and other litigation requiring a significant amount of writing and legal analysis. In over 35 years of practice, Mr. Hamill has been the primary author of briefs filed in the Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third and Sixth Circuits. His work includes product liability, insurance coverage, negligence and other litigation matters.
Mr. Hamill’s undergraduate degree is from St. Joseph’s College in Philadelphia and he graduated from the Villanova University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review. He served as law clerk to Judge Robert F. Kelly of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
