Jason P. Rubin is an associate in the Philadelphia Office of Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio.
Prior to working for the firm, Mr. Rubin was a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Mary Miller Johnston of the Superior Court of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division, and an In-House Legal Intern for Knoll, Inc.
Mr. Rubin is a graduate of Widener University, Delaware Law School in 2022. He graduated Cum Laude. He served as a staff editor of the Widener Law Review. As a staff editor, Mr. Rubin’s article CAN’T SEE IT, CAN’T HOLD IT: DO YOU CONTROL IT? A 21st Century Approach to Bitcoin Possession, was published in the 28th volume of the Law Review. While At Widener, he was also the Vice President of External Affairs of the Transactional Honor Society and Vice President of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society.
Mr. Rubin graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, with a focus in Global Politics from University at Albany, SUNY.
Mr. Rubin is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rubin is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association.
