Kenneth Garner is an associate in the New York office of Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio. He specializes in defending negligence claims including auto, premises, and general negligence cases. He previously worked for a plaintiff’s side civil litigation firm. He litigated personal injury cases on behalf of clients. Mr. Garner received his Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Trinity College. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
