Michael Quinn is the firm’s resident New Jersey shareholder and practices in the firm’s General Negligence, Insurance Coverage, Construction and Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practices. He has represented construction companies and utility companies in matters brought in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Quinn supervises, manages and handles product liability, personal injury and property damage litigation. He has tried cases in the New Jersey Superior Court and has argued before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Quinn has extensive experience with private and court-ordered arbitrations and mediations.

He has lectured members of the bar and insurance professionals on several topics important to the defense of lawsuits in New Jersey.
