Michelle S. Regan is Of Counsel to Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio and works in our New York City office.
Ms. Regan handles all aspects of civil ligation including products liability, auto, premises, and general negligence cases and has an extensive background defending matters involving toxic torts and clients sued under New York’s Labor Law. Throughout her career, Ms. Regan has defended cases on behalf of a variety of insurance companies, municipal clients, as well as an international project and construction group. Ms. Regan also has comprehensive experience defending asbestos claims for various Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Regan has successfully obtained dismissals for her diverse clients, including contractors and premises owners in cases involving general negligence claims and those brought under the Labor Law of the State of New York.
Ms. Regan obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Hofstra University in 1989 and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Regan obtained her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1992 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993. Ms. Regan has appeared in state courts located throughout New York and is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts for the State of New York. She is a member of The Defense Association of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Regan is originally from Long Island and lives there with her husband and teenage son. She loves to bake for her family and prides herself in baking the World’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookie. She works out diligently and enjoys hiking with her family and spending time with them at the beach.
