Regina Cohen is a shareholder in the Business and Finance and Business Litigation Practice Groups in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio.
Ms. Cohen’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy with a particular concentration in representation of secured creditors.
Ms. Cohen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts and Sciences. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Ms. Cohen is admitted to multiple courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey: the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Cohen is an active member of many bar associations and organizations: the American, New Jersey and Philadelphia bar associations (Business Law Section) and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
