Ms. Farrow is a 2021 graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. While at Rutgers, Ms. Farrow was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Marshall Brennan Fellow. At graduation, Ms. Farrow was the recipient of the Honorable Judith Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Award, the Albert P. Blaustein Memorial Award, the Blaine E. Capehart Award for Legal Writing.

Ms. Farrow’s not “Contact Tracing: Where We were, Where We Are, Where We Going. The Influence “Privacy By Design” Has Had on Contact Tracing Apps and The Lasting Impression It Will Have Well After the Pandemic Is Over” was published in the 19^th volume of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy.

Ms. Farrow graduated from Costal Carolina University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. While attending Coastal Carolina University, Ms. Farrow was the recipient of the 2016 Rising Leader of the Year Award and the 2017 Student Leader of the Year Award. Ms. Farrow also graduated from Costal Carolina University in 2018 with a Masters of Business Administration.
